Embracing vintage brown roof tiles

Marley Eternit has launched Vintage Brown, the 24th colour in its clay plain tile range. This addition to the Acme Single Camber range is manufactured from Etruria Marl and uses modern firing techniques to give a contemporary colour range. The range is now available in seven colours: Heather Sandfaced, Red Smooth, Red Sandfaced, Grey Sandfaced, Century, Farmhouse Brown Sandfaced and the new Vintage Brown. Diana Bullock, clay campaign manager at Marley Eternit, comments: "Our research shows that architects and housebuilders want to closely match colours to surrounding properties. Expanding our clay colour range is another way that Marley Eternit can help specifiers to keep in line with PPS3 guidelines."
